Post Rehab Pilates is the link between physical therapy and returning to a normal active lifestyle. There is no other form of therapy that activates the neuromuscular system, builds and regains strength, coordination, balance and overall body awareness.

Certified in STOTT PILATES Post Rehabilitation and recognized as a Fascia/Neuromuscular Specialist, Carrie uses her exclusive RADS (Release-Activate-Develop Strength) method to help with common known syndromes and injuries that have been known to be related to soft tissue complications. She can help find the source, then create an exclusive program for you that treats the problem which is causing these issues and discomfort.You leave feeling well informed, along with at home exercises to further your healing progress and improve prolong health. **Results may vary**
